We are back from our weekend in New Hampshire! What fun.Our friends Dawn & Matt decided to have a destination wedding and were married at the Mount Washington at Brent Woods, NH. The resort is absolutely gorgeous...we were right on the mountains and the views were breathtaking. The resort is a National Historic Landmark and they give tours of the main areas throughout the year. I was totally in love with the wrap around porch; I mean it’s totally unbelievable.
It was a weekend celebration, starting with a welcome reception on Friday night, which turned out to go until 2:00am. {I made it until 12:00 and had to go to bed} On Saturday, Ryan went golfing with his friends and I enjoyed Room Service. Yummy, Yummy Orange French Toast with Cinnamon Butter and Maple Syrup. I stayed in bed and indulged in some much need relaxation and sleep until almost noon. I felt good, but I couldn’t help but feeling a little guilty.
The wedding that Evening was beautiful and so very touching! They were married right on the back porch of the resort with the most amazing views of the White Mountains. WOW, is all I can say. The party last until almost 3:00 AM, but well I once again only made it until about 12:30. Ryan on the other hand was hurting really bad on the way home since he stayed out the entire time.
