Romancing Your Marriage {Week 6}

I'm in the Mood for Love!
Some couples create special signals or gestures for use in public, all of which can mean "Let's go leave and rush home, and spend time alone."
Here are a few examples ... you can choose to use one of these, or create your very own private signal or gesture!
  • Holding hands and giving three quick squeezes.
  • A code word, such as using the word red several times in a row.
  • A code phrase, such as, "Is it hot in here, or is it just me?"
  • Hum "your song" in her/his ear.
  • Scratch your left ear with your right hand.
Personally we have decided on two signals...one for when we want to have a few moments alone and one for when one of us is feeling in the mood.
Have Fun!

Easter Pictures

Here are just a few pictures of Olivia, my niece Megan and nephew Lou from Easter Sunday. I Love to watch the interaction between these three.

Megan is 11 years old and such a little mommy already. She is constantly telling the other two what they should not do and how they should behave.

Lou is 6 years old and he is the total opposite of Olivia. He is quiet and shy and it takes him a long time to warm up to someone. The two of them are really close and certainly do know how to get themselves into trouble most of the time.

Olivia...well she just turned 3 years old on Tuesday, but in reality I swear she is more like 13! She is very authoritative and certainly knows what she wants and how it should be done. Between the three of them she is definitely the trouble maker!!!!

Ryan and I already know that we are going to have our hands full with her. LOL

Happy Birthday Olivia Ryan

My sweet little girl is ThReE today! I am in shock and left wondering where that sweet little tiny 6 lb baby girl went.

We have a big day planned today! In a little while we are going to her school and will have Yummy Vanilla Cupcakes with her friends. This evening both sets of grandparents and all her uncles/aunts/cousins will be coming over our house for pizza and Birthday Cake!

Daddy is out right now buying our present for our little princess! We decided to buy her a swing set ... cannot wait for to see her little face the day they install it. She loves going to the park and her favorite of course is the CRAZY looking Slides! She has no fear....Mommy on the other hand always feels like she is ready to faint when I see her go down that huge slide. Needless to say the one we bought does not have a CRAZY slide, much to Ryan's disgust, I wouldn't let him get one. LOL

I am going through pictures and will be back later on today and post a few from over the last 3 years. She truly is my pride & joy, my ray of sunshine.

I LOVE YOU... Happy Birthday OLiVia!

WOW ...

I seriously cannot believe that it has been over a month since I last updated my blog! Time sure does go by fast when you are having fun... NOT!

So much has happened in the last month...

First I caught a nasty stomach virus which caused me to make a little visit to the Hospital. That prompted the doctor to place me under house arrest to ensure that my immune system would have a fighting chance in case I was around any other types of virus.

That lead to me not being able
to travel last weekend and seeing all my girls from my critique group. I was really disappointed and sad to not be able to see everyone again. I love hanging out with them and it is not often we get the opportunity to see each other.

Well there was more...but let's just say that everyone is finally back on the mend and that I
have prayed and am positive whatever "BAD LUCK" struck our house is now gone
.

Now for some happy things....I did get to scrap today!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!! Here is my very first digital layout.

I also printed out these cute, cute tags for Olivia's Easter Bags for school.

I am really loving this whole digital thing...its amazing how quickly I was able to print and cut out 16 tags.

I am planning to start up again tomorrow with our prompts for "Romancing your Marriage". So get ready.............we are back
on again!
